Outlaw: Celebrating the Music of Waylon Jennings (Live) Tracklist:

Some realy good performances but I'm really annoyed Sturgil's stuff isn't here. He killed it, especially with 'I can get off on you'.

Will not purchase.

The originals were plenty good for me and I still listen to them. I realize it's a tribute, but I wouldn't buy the album.

Where's Sturgil?!?!?!?!

I am in utter disbelief that Sturgill's cover of 'Memories of You and I' is not on here. I can only imagine it has something to do with label rights. Just a travesty for all who haven't seen the special. It's sad, not just because he knocked it out of the ballpark, but because it's a lesser known Waylon song with more heartache and depth in one line than anything on "country" radio today. In spite of this omission, it's an EXCELLENT album of great covers! In the true outlaw spirit of Waylon, kudos for the organizers too for using real country singers from today and yesterday and not commercialized, pop "country" artist that they keep trying to force feed everyone. Finally, thanks too for using some of the lesser known Waylon hits and attempting to turn people on to his whole catalog. You rarely, if never, hear songs such as Till I Gain Control Again, I Ain't the One, Whistlers and Jugglers, and Freedom to Stay (my favorite Waylon song ever).

This is a great album but what I would like to know what happened to song Amanda by Chris Stapleton and his wife?

Would have been alot better if they had included Strugil Simpson's songs he sang, they were amazing!!

Wow, this is an awesome tribute.
